Zeaxan thin – a common carotenoid that helps to protect the eyes from oxidative and light damage.
Use in broth, soups, and stews, and cooked with grains and vegetables to impart minerals and other nutrients. Can be added to sea moss when making gel. Bladder wrack Tea: 1 Tsp of Bladder wrack Flakes or 1/2 Tsp Bladder wrack Powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten if desired.
